How to install:
Download the zip file
Extract anywhere (desktop recommended so it’s easy to find)
Copy “River North.xml” to menyooStuff folder in GTAV directory (my directory is A:/Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner
To load it in game, press F8, Go to object spooner, Manage Saved Files and load “River North.xml)
WARNING to load this map you need to teleport, load it and then teleport to north yankton
DONE! Now Enjoy!
