Trevor’s Sandy Shores Trailer garden Improved [YMAP] V1.0.20250602

Hello players! I’m 1462tanks, I made a ymap mod for Trevor’s trailer at sandy shore. As you can see from pictures, threre’re:
1. Concrete walls and metal fences also.
2. Big vehicle gate
3. Functional garden door for peds and player yourself.
4. Some aesthetic decorations that match the game style, trevor’s style.
5. Functional lightposts.
I think this mod also as well for youtebers who making gta films, like zombies, doomsday and so on.

Instal:
1. Download and install CustomMaps DLC: Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter

2. Where to put this mod:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf

3. Pull ymap file into rpf file, and then you saved your change. Now you already start the game!
