If you hadn’t done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC:

–Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter

AFTER:

-Copy Villa in custom_maps On OPENIV

( \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf )

UPDATE: Villa 2.0
-main room enlargement
-addition of a floor with new living room
-new balcony
-modification of walls
