This mod replaces the boring swipe sound effect from the “mission passed” popup with a jingle I took from the iconic song Welcome To Los Santos that we all know from the first mission.
Why I made this mod:
In the past GTA games we always had a satisfying jingle playing when we passed a mission.
The one from San Andreas is so iconic it became a meme, my personal favorite is the one from GTA IV tho.
Rockstar originally had planned a unique mission passed theme for every one of the three main characters but somehow they decided to dump this idea after the beta.
The Beta Jingles were also pretty cool and if you want to try them out, theres a mod out there that restores them.
In the other games from the GTA Series the mission passed sounds were always parts of the games main theme, which is why I decided to use the jingle from “Welcome to Los Santos” (which is basically the game’s main theme)
