The file changes the HITBOX of the head of the normal model to a larger one, making it easy to hit the head.
It works on SinglePlayer, FiveM and RageMP.
Installation:
Go to the path with GTA V installed and swap the x64a.rpf file with the downloaded x64a.rpf file. If you want to go back to normal models do a verification of the game files.
