Early 90s & Late 80s Traffic Mod [The Contract DLC Update] 1.1

Welcome back to the 90s! You won’t be able to see modern, stupidly technologic, turbo powered vehicles around anymore. What you are going to see is naturally aspirated, highly polluting, uncomfortable, screaming MURICAN vehicles. Perfect for your retro lore. The mod includes all DLC cars including latest DLC, The Contract, cars to be spawned in traffic too.

NOTICE: I couldn’t prevent some emergency vehicles and lore cars (Like Franklin’s Buffalo S, Michael’s Obey, Freaks Mission cars) from despawning. So i am suggesting you to replace them with other lore friendly vehicle mods. I am suggesting you to check out Vanillaworks.

INSTALLATION: Replace the popgroups.ymt file in mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5 and you are good to go.

Changelog:
Version 1.2
Removed modern police cars from the traffic. Oldschool police cars will be shown in the traffic.
Added new DLC vehicles into traffic.

Updated the list of cars in traffic. New update contains all cars until The Contract DLC.
Army vehicles traffic is updated. DLC cars are added in the list.
Removed modern police cars from traffic. Only Vapid Stainer should be available.
Updated rarity of certain cars in traffic.
