it is Important that you have the Requirements for RDE to function, and LCPP too if you have LCPP!!!
Note there is some issues with random crashes happening, I can’t do anything about that as some mods have suffered from the agents of sabotage update that will cause random crashes.
How to Install the stuff
For The Config go to GTA V/Scripts/SixstarResponse
For the Modified Livery of the LCPD Vapid Stanier 2nd gen
go to GTA V/Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/lcpack/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/GTAV/vehicles/vehicles.rpf and drag and drop
This is For the Compatibility Patch
Part 1 – File Replacement
1. popcycle.dat goes to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2. vehiclemodelsets.meta and ambientpedmodelsets.meta go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
3. popgroups.ymt goes to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5
Part 2 – Fixing Liberty City Cabby Minivan
1. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\common\data
2. Enter carvariations.meta and handling.meta, change all “cabby” entries to “cabbylc”
3. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
4. Enter vehicles.meta, change all “cabby” or “CABBY” entries to “cabbylc” or “CABBYLC”
5. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
6. Change all “cabby” file names to “cabbylc” files names
Part 3 – Adding drivers to ASP patrol cars
1. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\asp\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2. Open vehicles.meta
3. Replace or each vehicle entry with the following:

Changelog:
2.1: added the LTA Liveries(forgotten them in the 2.0), added the Liveries for the LCRetro mod (they were the models instead of the textures)
New Update 2.0: 3 configs: Base RDE, RDE EE & 90s config.
– More Vehicles for LCPD, NOOSE and FIB, 3 more vehicle mods to install,
– New loadouts for LCPD and NOOSE,
– New Departments: of Liberty City Port Authority, Liberty Transport Authority(RDE EE only) Liberty City Sheriff (Livery only)
– ASP Pack by Meepler is replaced by the LCPD Vehicles with ASP Liveries (mod is for LTA now)
– More Vehicles Respond in general
– Downtown Algonquin has more types of Vehicles Responding
– Renaming LCPD TRU to LCPD ESU including giving ESU Liveries for the FDLC Granger, Yosemite(retro lc pack) Ambulance(Original GTA IV Amb) and LCPA ESU too
– For RDE EE Bohan and Broker has a different Response with Bohan using older vehicles and Broker having PIA involved
– LCPD Snipers respond in Downtown Algonquin
– PIA Responds with LCPA
