DOA Patriot (will spawn in traffic when VWE&RDE Comp is released)

Brute Ambulance
Sandstorm Ambulance

Steed Ambulance
5.Follow steps into any Pack you want if you don’t do that the sirens will be broken.

Added new vehicles.
Added police vans in response dispatch.
Now the livery of ambulances will spawn in true locations.
Added new Alamo fire liveries and removed the black livery of unmarked Alamo.
FIB agents’ new cars will be black color only.
