This mod is a port of 3DMA’s ORC Industries PCU Level 5 Softshell Jacket. It was initially developed as a commissioned project; however, due to non-payment by the client, I’ve decided to release it to the public free of charge.
Currently, only a tucked-in version is available. If there is sufficient interest, I’d be happy to create and share an untucked variant as well.
