install the head textures (ytd files) to mods/x64v/models/cdimages/streamed players.rpf/player two
install the head model to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches.rpf/player two and drop the files there and your done!
