In order for the modification to work properly, I advise you to install plugin “mpClothes – Addon Clothing Slots”
• Open up your OpenIV application
• Click “Edit Mode” in OpenIV
• Drag and drop files in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01
