Enhanced female vagos ped + voice fix 1.0

This mod makes a few updates to the g_f_y_vagos_01 model:

replaced the default shoes with the canvas ones from streamedpeds mp (x64v/feet03)
replaced the flannel shirt with the mp dlc flannels from mplowrider2 (jbib03 & 04)
added the mp overalls (mpgunrunning/lowr04)
added shorts & shoes (g_m_y_salvagoon_03)

For props – added two more pairs of glasses, and a watch.

For the random voice issue when the ped spawns – changed the specification of the model as ‘whi’ within the .ymt, .ytd, and .ydd files to ‘lat’.

Installation
Replace the g_f_y_vagos_01 .ydd, .yft, .ymt, and .ytd files located in \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf, and the g_f_y_vagos_01_p .ydd and .ytd files located in \mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf with the files from this archive via OpenIV.
