Gang activity is alive in the world of Los Santos. This is the alternate version of the 3 major South Central, Los Angeles Gangs
This replaces Mexican gangs with a Black gang (Still Aztecas, Mexican bosses, Latina female vagos around).
The audio can be inconsistent so you will have to keep placing them in there… or just think of them as Dominican.
