Victor Zsasz Arkham Asylum and Arkham City
Would love to see people use this ped in their cinematic videos!
Both peds are fully rigged including the eyes and mouth. I just learned how to rig the face so it isn’t perfect. This also comes with both knives from Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.
Use addon peds to spawn or replace it with a ped that you want, just rename example: ig bankman.
