Install these if you don’t have them.

KC-135R
Then, drop this ASI, INI & JSON file in your GTA V directory.
Press Page Up to refuel.
You can change the controls in the INI file.
Changelog:
Changes in 1.2: Added airforce one support.
Changes in 1.1: Added refueling duration in INI and allow to change the camera.
