City Lights ( now with .ini)
Hit “B” for Blackout, cycle back and forth, and land on blackout enabled.
The lights will just flicker and stay on.
Then toggle the city and vehicle lights on and off a couple times.
Then you can control turning off city lights and vehicle lights independantly.
B – Toggle Blackout
C – Toggle city lights
I – Toggle Vehicle lights
Use .ini for custom keys
