Dual Wield revived 1.0

I have the original Mod Revived i Have fixed the shooting-performance and minor Bug/Performance and Key fixes.
Installation: drag and drop the DualWield.ini and DualWield.dll in the scripts folder.
Controls: Default: J you can edit the key in the DualWield.ini.

requitments: ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet and the “scripts” folder.
