Headlights in blackout mode 0.2

a simple glow of invisible flashlights instead of car headlights. That’s all we managed to do.
Bugs-1 lack of shadows from the headlights.
2-reflection of flashlights on the road

put (lights_in_the_blackout.cs) in the scripts folder in the game, press Y
to play, you will need
Script Hook V
and
Community Script Hook V .NET
