The Humane Labs Heist allows you to take on a new robbery looting the Humane Labs vault and loading of Cash, Gold or even Cocaine.
Installation:
– Open the zip file.
– Drag and drop the contents into your scripts folder.
Installation instructions are also inside the download.
How to use the mod: Head over to Humane Labs and start the heist.
Requirements:

Better to have legitimate copy of the game
Changelog:
VERS 2: Fixed the thermal charge taking too long to open the door.
Fixed the truck taking too long to be cut open.
Fixed the script crashing on the two cutscenes.
Loot from the trolley now appears properly.
Cutscenes cannot be skipped.
Table loot no longer gives the player way too much money.
