IVPack Car spawn Config for Simple Trainer V1.0

I don’t take any credit for IV pack or Simple trainer. I Just added the cars to the Trainer.INI to make some things a bit easier.

INSTALLATION:
Just replace the existing Trainer.INI with this one in the games root directory.
