Manual Transmission Downshift Sound Fix V1.0

When using the Manual Transmission mod, this fixes the issue where the downshift sound fails to play if you brake and downshift at the same time. It provides a much more immersive and realistic driving experience.

This mod works for both bikes and cars. It’s specifically designed and optimized for Manual Transmission users, so I can guarantee it works perfectly for that mode. After extensive testing, I can confirm it is 100% bug-free.
