Plane Low Speed No Off Engine 1.0

Fixed-wing aircraft in the current game have engine stall when slowing down in the air,
this mod will keep your aircraft’s engine running when slowing down in the air.

Installation
Please “AircraftEngineNoOff.dll” into your “scripts” folder.

You will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet（v2.10.10 or v3.0.3）
I’m using the ScriptHookVDotNet (v2.10.10 or v3.0.3) and the script passes the test.
