SPA II + PDM + LS Tuner Garage
Buy and sell properties and vehicles with persistence. This script combines 3 scripts combined as one:
1. INM’s Single Player Apartment – Fixes and Enhancements for 2026
2. INM’s Premium Deluxe Motorsport – Fixes
3. LS Tuner Garage with all the Styles – vanilla garage loaded from ipls
Note: I also created a standalone vehicle preview in C# with LemonUI which has nothing to do with PDM’s code. If there is interest I will polish it and upload it.
Menus and Bindings
Key = E (context) for PDM menu
Key = B for SPA II Menu (based on ini file inside Assets/PM)
Key=L for LS Tuners Teleport (must have MP Maps enabled)
Key=K for LS Tuners Style Sets (each K press cycles you through another set)
PDM Vehicles and Categories
You can update vehicles. Just follow the format in the category ini files. Note also, that the vehicles should be sorted descending for the PDM menu to display ascending (blame the original).
An addon.ini file is included as an example. Original instructions were confusing so refer to the sample addon.ini file.
Requirements: needs SH5DN 2 (ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll). Other files are in the download.
Your GTA 5 folder (with ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll)
Scripts (the 3 dlls: INMNativeUI.dll, PropertyMgmt.dll, NativeUI.dll)

The 3 dlls and the folder Assets all go in your Scripts Folder.
Important: if you already have SPA II installed from this script, backup all your files in the Assets/PM folder and just copy them over if needed (either way BACK THEM UP).
New Features – Change Log vs Original
1. Compatible with current version of Legacy, nof fully tested in Enhanced
2. Menus are on keypress (orginal broken iphone menu removed)
3. Teleport easily to your properties on purchase or on demand
4. Add cash easily from Menu
5. Add your own MLOs to Menu – like Malibu and Venice Beach Houses
6. New Markers – more discrete, more immersive markers (honestly, just get near the house or garage)
7. Many bug fixes including infinite loop leaving garage.

9. Added PMD and LS Tuner garage
Known Issues
As in original mod, the sleep positions do not align properly with bed. Original Mod had issues with other persistence mods. This one will likely have them as well. Banner image was removed, will be redesigned.
No mountains were harmed during the development of this script.
