Note: Update has yet to be approved.
This simple script allows you to view your X, Y, Z and Heading (angle) position, fixed or on command.
You can also save your current coordinates to the clipboard with the press of a button.
I made this for personal use but decided to upload it as someone else might find it useful.
Requirements
– ScriptHookV;
– ScriptHookVDotNet.
Installation
– Make sure you have the latest version of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet installed;
– Copy current_coordinates.dll and current_coordinates.ini inside the scripts folder of your GTA5 directory.
If you do not have a scripts folder yet, just create one;
– Set your prefered hotkeys in the .ini file;
– Current Coordinates loads automatically once your game starts.
Controls
Press ‘L’ to view your current coordinates.
Press ‘K’ to view your current coordinates fixed.
Press ‘L Shift’ + ‘L’ to copy your current coordinates to the clipboard.
Change the controls
You can change the hotkey keybindings in the current_coordinates.ini file. Replace the currently set keybindings to any key of your choise.
Note
When you move in game and then stand still, sometimes it takes a couple of seconds to get your exact coordinates. It is therefore important to wait a second or two after standing still before checking your coordinates, otherwise there might be a slight difference.
Known bugs
None at the moment.
