Visual Effects editor V0.3.1 [Alpha]

With this tool you can edit:
weather timecycles/
cloudkeyframes/
lightnings/
visual settings/
directly in game

(Note: in visual settings – there are a lot of unused params, or params that affect just on a very specific things, you should understand what you’re doing)

Currently supported version: 3095.0
You can try using a different one, but I’m not sure if this will work there.

Requirements:
ScriptHookV

Installation:
Drop asi file into the game folder

Use “Insert” button to close/open the window (Can be changed in the config)

After the first launch – 3 files will appear in the game folder:
__TcEditorConfig,
__TcEditorCategories,
__TcEditorNamesReplacement

Everything is the same as with the timecycle file editor, except there are no tooltips anymore

Note:
if you want to edit timecycle_mod files – use fivem editor
