Cobra [Add-On] V1.0

This bike is inspired by the new school of chopper construction. They are characterized by arbitrary shapes and large frames. The bike is an addon, so no bike needs to be changed.

The Cobra has a standard speed for bikes of its class in the game.
The bike has no external tuning, only the main one.

-Copy cobra folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
