Speedophile Seaspray [Add-On | Liveries | LODs] V1.1

If you thought korfball or shinty were niche, think again. Appropriately called the “Hotring of the Sea,” the Seaspray is in a class of its own. Boat racing is no longer delegated to old-timers in their luxury sailboats on regatta day. With a powerful turbine engine stripped from a Cargobob helicopter that can push it to speeds higher than most sports cars, the thrill of ripping through the waves with this beautifully crafted racing machine is second-to-none.

The Seaspray is a lore-friendly Unlimited Light/North American Challenge Cup Series hydroplane. Something a bit more niche, but I wanted one in-game.

Notes:
– This is a very old model, teetering on five years old at this point. It was stuck in development hell for a very long time.
– Some liveries may have some artifacting from porting. I’ve tried to fix this multiple times. I will give it another go soon.
– Entering/exiting is done via teleporting due to the custom layout needed for this vehicle to work. It is not a bug. We tried everything.
– Adding onto that, boats in GTA are weird. The handling is fairly extreme and may not be for everyone. I’ve opted to include a much more tame version as an option.

Installation:
1. Place the spseaspray folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Copy dlcpacks:/spseaspray/ into your dlclist, located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
