Open OpenIV and navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
. Copy the .rpf file with the car into this folder.
Then go to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
and find the file dlclist.xml. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:\ bayon\
Installation complete! Enter the game.
