Installation
An addon version is available.

Drag the “23vlmdh” folder into:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Then navigate to:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Right-click dlclist.xml → Edit, and add:
dlcpacks:/23vlmdh/
