INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SINGLEPLAYER
– Copy the serto-qcsuv folder containing dlc.rpf to mods update x64 dlcpacks
– Export dlclist.xml from update update.rpf common data using OpenIV
– Open dlclist.xml with notepad, scroll to the bottom, and add the following line just above the closing Paths tag:
dlcpacks:/serto-qcsuv
– Save and replace it via OpenIV
– Use any trainer in-game to spawn the vehicle
– Spawn name in-game is serto-qcsuv
