LSFD Vapid Stanier 1.0

Made this thing a while ago for my own enjoyment and I didn’t want to let it linger any longer on my hard drive.

Requirements:
– OpenIV
– IF the emergency lights appear to be glitched or not working, use sirensetting limit adjuster
– IF the game crashes, use gameconfig or any other custom gameconfig
