A new addition to their fleet of the latest, smartest and safest automobiles on the road.
The Hela is no breakthrough in engineering or design, just an improvement on what works, tracing a line of succession all the way back to the Fagaloa.
Plagued with safety features that make your neighbourhood “soccer mom” look like a professional driver it can turn a potential accident into a near-miss that has you traumatised for life.
Fortunately for us, impressed by its many driving assists and safety technologies, many police forces across the globe have adopted this family wagon as their de facto patrol vehicle. Prepare to see exemplary driving by your local coppers, so good that they won’t be able to keep up or catch you in a pursuit, as this Vulcar protects them from any collisions (intentional or otherwise).

Featuring US, UK and EU variants and LODs, this mod is the perfect traffic filler.

Installation:
1. Move the “hela” folder with its contents (dlc.rpf) to [Grand Theft Auto V folder]\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Add the following line to the bottom of the dlclist.xml file, located at [Grand Theft Auto V folder]\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
dlcpacks:/hela/

This mod was commissioned in May 2024 by members of Lorehub as a part of the UK Lore Pack project and has always been intended to be a free release. For the avoidance of doubt, this model is based on a sketch that was also used by a recently released paid FiveM package. However, it is not the same model, with clear differences.

This mod is currently encrypted for SP only use. This is to prevent theft for sale by unscrupulous persons. These people are obviously a minority of users, but they ruin things for everyone. Law Enforcement and FiveM versions will be forthcoming.
