1. copy warrenerc folder to:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/warrenerc/
