Replaces the Special Carbine.

Please note:
No issues were found other than sights not lining up.
All assets were taken from Insurgency Sandstorm directly.

Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
