Just extract the archive and place w_ar_assaultrifle.ydr & texture files in

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf

FiveM Installation:
Drag the Kuronami Vandal folder that includes the stream files & the weapon metas located in the FiveM folder into your resources and make sure to ensure it in the server.cfg
