I finally figured out how to move skeleton parts on guns, so the muzzle is problem is fixed on longer guns. So the muzzle flash comes out at the correct location now. The 1st person sight is a bit off because the gun wouldn’t line up correctly if I chose to line it up with the sight,

Installation: Go to Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\ and replace all the files.
