Immersive combat fixes & Improvements V1.2

Fixes for immersive combat like the minigun being usable again and various animation tweaks for variety no other changes were made. if you want the minigun fix without the animation tweaks use the weapons.meta file only
Animation tweaks include Hillbilly aim for Trevor pistols and some smgs and gangster aim for Franklin

ORIGINAL MOD REQUIRED: Immersive Combat

Installation: Go to Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai then drop all the files there

Dont forget to backup
