New Lighting and Garden for Franklin Mansion – House [Add-on | Menyoo] 1.0

This mod gives a small but powerful touch to the Franklin House.
It’s a light mod because it only modifies the exterior light and the garden 🙂

Instructions:

Menyoo:
Just place the file in Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner

Add-on:
If you don’t have already, set up the Custom Maps DLC
Drop the file in dlcpacks/custom_mapsdlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf
