Hope this will make your gameplay better.
Usefull Information:
Use version 1.0 if you only want S.W.A.T.’s loadout to be changed
Installation:
1- Open up your OPEN IV
2- Go to your mods folder (if you dont have one you can create)
3- Navigate to update – update.rpf – common – data – ai (in your mods folder)
4- Drag and drop the loadouts.meta in the archive to OPEN IV
5- If done correctly it should work, enjoy!
The swat in the screen shot wears glasses. You can find them in here : Improved Vanilla NOOSE Ped

Known Bugs : SWAT Peds sometimes shoots bit slower
Changelog:
1.2: Police loadouts edited, now normal cops will have combat pistol, ap pistol etc.
