New NOOSE TRU Livery Pack for RDE V1.0

This add-on livery pack is designed for the Realism Dispatch Enhanced (RDE) mod.
It introduces a new, modern-style NOOSE (National Office of Security Enforcement) livery inspired by recent DHS SRT aesthetics.
The goal is to bring a fresh tactical look that fits naturally within the RDE ecosystem.

Installation Instructions
Open OpenIV in edit mode.
Navigate to the Vehicles.rpf file.
Locate the following files: NooseCenturion.ytd & NooseCenturion+hi.ytd, NooseRiot.ytd & NooseRiot+hi.ytd, NooseInsurgent.ytd & NooseInsurgent+hi.ytd.
Open each file and use the Import function to add the corresponding textures from this pack correctly.
Save the changes and launch the game to verify the new liveries.
