You can use it while using OpenIV (replace on of the teef files)
Or you can install mpclothes (for add on clothes)

Open : Openiv > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpchristmas2 > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpxmas2.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_male_xmas2 (replace teef_oo1)
