First of all, this is an early access version of the mod. I wanted to release it now to gather your feedback and opinions so I can improve it in future updates. I already have some exciting plans for it, but they will take some time to implement.
This is a basic First Person mod compatible with both Legacy and Enhanced versions. It works smoothly whether you are on foot or inside vehicles.
Keybindings:
Open menu: [F6]
Installation:
ScriptHookV is required.
Simply move the Alternate First Person.asi file into your main GTA 5 folder.
Note: If you cannot save your Settings, make sure to give your GTA 5 folder full control permissions.

What’s New in V2.5 [Early Access]:
Bodycam Mode Added: A highly immersive camera perspective similar to the game Bodycam.
BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:
I’ve read all of your feedback and suggestions. Since Update 2.5 was mainly focused on adding the highly immersive bodycam experience, most existing issues are still present. Update 3.0 will focus entirely on bug fixes and adding many of the features you’ve requested.
What’s New in V2.0 [Early Access]:
I will try to keep this short since most people won’t read a wall of text, so I won’t list every single feature here, but I will highlight the most important ones. A lot of new features have been added, significantly expanding the mod compared to the 1.0 version.
GENERAL:
Reticle can now be hidden or set to appear only while aiming.
ON FOOT:
Added fully customizable camera controls.
Auto Turn now rotates the body toward camera direction.
Added realistic head bobbing movement.
VEHICLES:
Fully customizable vehicle camera.
Added Veh Cam Inertia for realistic camera movement during driving.
MOTORCYCLES:
Same as vehicle but for MOTORCYCLES.
WEAPONS:
Weapon Lead for more dynamic aiming.
Aim Sway while aiming down sights.
Recoil Shake for realistic firing feedback.
BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:
Fixed weapon audio issues (with optional 1.0 audio setting).
Fixed disappearing head in cutscenes.
Fixed stealth mode camera behavior.
Other minor tweaks improved. Remaining bugs will be addressed in the next update.
