Turn Off That Engine V1.0.0.4

Simple lightweight script that was requested multiple times by people who want a quick key to turn off their car engine.

Requires: RagePluginHook

Installation:
Drag the ‘Plugins’ folder to your main GTA Directory.

Keybinds:
Default key to turn off the vehicle engine is C

By default there is no controller key set, it can be set in the ini file.

Known issue:
ELS Lights turn the vehicle on, and you cannot turn it off with the ELS lights on! This is just how ELS works, I can’t fix it.

Regardless of the game version, I do not expect this will ever break.
