Installation (Single-Player):
Copy the sandkingl3 folder to: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open OpenIV and navigate to: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Right-click to edit, then add the following line: dlcpacks:/sandkingl3
Installation (FiveM):
Drag and drop the sandkingl3 file (located in the FiveM folder) into your FiveM resources directory
Restart the resource
