This is the first part of a project I am working on to turn a large part of los santos into a zombie apocalypse-like environment. All feedback and advise is greatly appreciated and will help with the development of this mod.
Installation
-Make sure that you have the Map Editor by Guadmaz installed from here:
-Extract the downloaded file and move END.xml to your GTA 5 directory.
-Go into the map editor and search for END and the map should load.

you should’ve switched off all the light sources on the map,gotten rid of the traffic NPCs and so on.
the map does look ambient but it might be much better
