First of all have OpenIV installed and then follow the steps in Edit Mode:
To install the clothes of Marcus install it in root folder that in my case is:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ x64v.rpf \ models \ cdimages \ streampeds_players.rpf \ player_one \
And to install the Marcus head and hand if you replace for michael:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ mppatchesng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ models \ cdimages \ mppatches.rpf \ player_one \
