Welcome to San Andreas Regional, a Virginia based vehicle livery pack! This isn’t just your typical livery pack, though. This pack ALSO includes a number of EUP textures AND LSPDFR Configuration files for a seamless and immersive experience. If you are looking for an all in one experience with easy to follow installation process and few dependencies, this is the right mod for you.

Currently, San Andreas Regional is in BETA. There are six custom agencies, the Los Santos Police Department (MIddleburg, VA Police Dept.), the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office (Rockbridge County, VA Sheriff’s Office), the San Andreas State Police (Virginia State Police), the Paleto Bay Police Department (Luray, VA Police Dept.), the San Andreas Conservation Police (Virginia Conservation Police), and the reviled G.S.T.P.O (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Each agency has one to nine vehicles, each with a custom texture based on the reference agencies. Some artistic license is taken. Each agency also has a custom uniform and patrol loadout (vehicles, weapons, etc.). The uniforms and loadouts are also directly integrated into LSPDFR, so no need for EUP Menu or a loadout mod!

The Casual Friday update is now available! Statewide legislation has now made it illegal for law enforcement agencies to force their officers to wear long sleeves in the scorching San Andreas heat. All agencies, including SWAT teams, now have a “Summer” variant with short sleeves and a hat to shade your sun-kissed forehead. This will bring a lot of new variety to San Andreas, and all of which spawns as backup. Hope you enoy!

This pack is best played with all of the components, but feel free to use parts and pieces if you are experienced with GTA V modding. If you are having issues with using individual parts of the pack, I will not be able to provide you support.

Please note that this mod is not currently compatible with UltimateBackup. Configs for UB are planned for a future update at this time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I install these textures?
A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.

Q: My lights are all messed up. Why is this?
A: Make sure to install all vehicle data files and lighting textures. They are intended to be used together. You will find further detail in the README file!

Q: Will you be updating this pack?
A: Yes! The next planned major update will be the Breach and Clear update, which will introduce SWAT vehicles, tactical uniforms, and a few other special additions. Keep your eye out!

Q: Will you make textures for the sports cars?
A: Not for this pack. They are not my cup of tea, personally. If you’d like to make a texture with those vehicles, I can provide decals for you to easily

Q: You made a MISTAKE! Will you fix it?!?
Absolutely. If I am missing anything or have any major errors, I will try my best to fix them. Do not hesitate to post any issues you have.
